The Greater Kansas City Fire Fighter Alumni Association is a Support Network for Retired Members of the Greater Kansas City Fire Fighters, IAFF Local No. 42 and their Widows.

The purpose of the Greater Kansas City Fire Fighters Alumni Association is to provide charitable, educational and other aid as set forth in its Articles of Incorporation. Our organization has been approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3).

The Association is governed by a seven (7) member Board of Directors: President, Secretary-Treasurer, Vice President, two (2) Directors and two (2) Trustees.

General Membership Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00 AM in the Small Classroom on the upper level of the Greater Kansas City Fire Fighters, IAFF Local 42's Union Hall, 6320 Manchester Ave., Kansas City, MO 64133.

Eligibility for General Membership: Any person who has retired from one of the public safety organizations with which IAFF Local No. 42 has a bargaining relationship, and who is an Active Member or Active Retired Member, in good standing, of IAFF Local No. 42 is eligible to be a General Member of this Association.
